Ecko Jay’s, real name Joshua Esseku Annan is a an artist from Accra, Ghana.

He started to take his singing seriously when he was 13 years old. He committed himself to learning new songs from artists that he liked.

In 2016, he was nominated at the UMA in Nigeria in the Song of Year category.

He is managed by South African based HD N3twork Artist Management.
